Termite Trap Replacement Started on Lakewood Preserve Place

Update 5/5/2025

The original administrator for the in-ground termite traps planted around each Villa structure has been replaced by Cheyney Pest Control, mostly due to cost. The fallout of this is that the current traps will be dug out and new ones put in. The traps have been replaced on Five Waters Circle and Meadowrun. The work to replace the traps on Lakewood Preserve Place started the last week of April.

Dear Marina Bay Residents,

We at Cheney Pest Control, are currently in the process of removing your previous company’s termite bait stations and installing our own upgraded system throughout the community. In total, we are replacing approximately 1700 individual units.

Given the scale of this project, it is expected that adjustments may be necessary during the installation process. Our team is onsite multiple times each week to install, remove, inspect, and verify all work to ensure it meets our standards of quality and precision.

If you notice anything that appears out of place, please rest assured that we are actively reviewing and double-checking all installations. Our commitment is to complete this project thoroughly, correctly, and with the highest level of professionalism.

Lakewood Preserve Place Villa Painting

It’s time to plan to paint the Villas on Lakewood Preserve Place (LPP). The first step is for the Villa Committee to work closely with the Finance Committee to solicit bids from prospective painting contractors. Once a contractor is selected, we plan on having a town hall meeting for the selected vendor to review the painting procedures and answer any questions.
