Termite Trap Replacement Completed

Update 8/7/2025

The original administrator for the in-ground termite traps planted around each Villa structure has been replaced by Cheyney Pest Control, mostly due to cost. The fallout of this is that the current traps will be dug out and new ones put in. The traps have been replaced on Five Waters Circle, Meadowrun, and Lakewood Preserve Place.

 

Lakewood Preserve Place Villa Painting

It’s time to plan to paint the Villas on Lakewood Preserve Place (LPP). The first step is for the Villa Committee to work closely with the Finance Committee to solicit bids from prospective painting contractors. Once a contractor is selected, we plan on having a town hall meeting for the selected vendor to review the painting procedures and answer any questions.
