As a Villa owner, part of your HOA quarterly maintenance dues pays for indoor pest control treatments.
Cheney Pest Control will provide the Standard service specified below at no cost. Other services are available for an additional fee.
Bi-Monthly External Spider Sweep Service
Cheney Pest Control offers a bi-monthly service to Marina Bay Villa owners to sweep away spiders and other pests around the outside of your home. Termite Baiting Service Agreement
Termite prevention is included as part of the services provided by the HOA. This service includes installing and monitoring round green bait stations around each Villa building. Cheney Pest Control is taking this over from Salazar. See below for details.
